Methods of Payment

Orders processed on our website require payment through PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account as PayPal also accept credit cards.

Alternatively we can accept payment by cheque or postal order, made payable to ipSOX Ltd. Please send us your order together with name, address and contact phone number to ipSOX Ltd. 10 White Lands, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL10 7DR.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Returns

ipSOX Ltd. hopes you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will either exchange the goods or issue you with a credit note, less p & p if returned within 7 days. Goods should be returned, as new and in their original packaging and with the original receipt/packing note enclosed. Please get proof of postage for your returns, as we are not responsible for lost return postage items. We regret that we unable to offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
